Rules & Regulations

  • Vendors MUST be setup by 7:45am. Take Down CANNOT begin until 2pm. Vendors arriving after 7:30 will not be allowed to set up. (Does not apply for Food Truck Vendors)
  • Vendors are responsible for the care and clean-up of their stall areas
  • Tents/canopies must be in good repair and well anchored.
  • No smoking, alcohol or pets in the market area.
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, power (if needed) and shelter, and are responsible for creating a safe environment.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The Market Manager may prohibit any person from renting stall space, request removal of product that falls outside the policies of the Market, and may require persons to leave the Market

Payment Method

Online: Use Picatic to register and pay online. All major credit cards accepted. No service fees.

Invoice: Use Picatic and an online invoice will be generated to you via email. Send payment to Ideas Inc (address indicated on invoice).

In Person: Drop by the Ideas Inc office and pay by Chq, Cash or major credit card.

Terms & Conditions

Every vendor is advised to ensure that their homeowner, business, or other insurance covers them for the participation in the market. The Market Manager may prohibit any person from renting stall space, request removal of product that falls outside the policies of the Market, and may require persons to leave the Market in the event that they fail to abide by the policies of the market or direction of the Market Manager. Products must meet basic expectations of product quality, life, function and safety. The Market Manager reserves the right to limit the sale of any product. The Market reserves the right to regulate the type and nature of products offered for sale and display, in order to maintain the diversity and quality of the market.
